People Technology sits within Optiver’s broader Business Applications landscape and plays a key role in enabling our People and Recruitment teams through reliable, scalable and intuitive systems. The team also partners closely with other business support functions—such as Tech Operations, Finance, Compliance and more—to develop collaborative, cross-functional solutions that enhance employee experience and ensure alignment across the business.

As a People Technology Support Analyst you will serve as the first point of contact for all system-related questions and issues across our People Technology ecosystem. You will support and optimize applications such as Workday, Greenhouse, Gem, Culture Amp and others, with Workday and Greenhouse being the most frequently used.

This role will blend day-to-day operational support with hands-on involvement in system enhancements, requirements gathering, testing, small-scale projects, and continuous improvement initiatives. You'll play a key role in delivering seamless, intuitive, and people-centered technology experience for teams across Optiver.
