We are looking for a highly organized Recruitment Coordinator to support hiring in our Trading, Technology, and Business Operations teams. Based in Amsterdam, you will partner closely with recruiters to manage the operational side of hiring, including interview coordination, candidate logistics, and recruitment workflows.
In addition to day-to-day coordination, you will help improve recruitment operations by identifying process improvements and supporting projects that make our hiring processes more efficient. What you'll do As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will act as a key operational partner to recruiters.
