About the Role We are building Optiver’s next-generation Enterprise Data Platform on the Databricks Lakehouse. As an Enterprise Data Engineer , you’ll design the curated data models, pipelines, and metrics that make data a trusted asset across Finance, People, and Business Operations.

This is a hands-on role at the center of our data transformation: you’ll shape how business stakeholders access and trust data, working on one of the most modern stacks in the industry WHAT YOU’LL DO Build clean, scalable ELT pipelines using dbt, SQL, PySpark, and Databricks . Design curated models and semantic layers to standardize KPIs across Finance, People, and Ops.

Partner directly with business teams to turn complex requirements into clear, reusable data products. Implement governance and quality checks (lineage, testing, role-based access) so data is reliable and secure.
