Role summary
The Role: What’s in the Box As an IT Helpdesk Specialist (internally referred to as IT Engineer ) within our Benelux Operations tribe, you will join a hands-on, fast-paced team responsible for keeping hardware and software across our production facility, office, and logistical hubs running smoothly. You ensure every colleague, whether on the production floor or behind a laptop, has the tools, access, and support they need to succeed.
From onboarding and troubleshooting to device configuration and lifecycle management, you play a key role in maintaining a secure and reliable IT environment. You will work with device management solutions (MDM) to enroll, configure, and maintain company hardware, manage access, deploy software, and support provisioning and deprovisioning processes.
To hit the ground running, you are comfortable working with corporate tools such as Google Workspace, Azure (Entra ID), Slack, and Atlassian (Jira/Confluence). Beyond resolving day-to-day issues, you continuously look for ways to improve workplace technology and support processes, bringing HelloFresh’s values of Speed & Agility and Learning Never Stops to life.
