About the role: What's in the Box At HelloFresh, our Distribution Center in Bleiswijk is where the magic happens: ingredients arrive, thousands of boxes are packed, and technology helps our teams work efficiently and accurately. As a Hardware Support Specialist , you help ensure that the devices and systems used on the production floor run smoothly.
You will be the bridge between production and the office for hardware and warehouse technology. From scanners and tablets to printers and other operational devices, you make sure our equipment works reliably so our operations teams can do their jobs without interruption.
At the same time, you’ll have the opportunity to improve processes and help bring more structure to how hardware is managed across the site. This role may be particularly interesting if you have previously worked as a Hardware Technician, Technical Support Specialist, Field Service Engineer, or Maintenance Technician in a warehouse, logistics, or production environment and enjoy working with both hands-on hardware and a bit of IT .
