Role summary

The role Factor Europe is scaling rapidly, and we are ready to expand our customer experience beyond our core meal subscription. We are looking for an entrepreneurial Senior Manager, Private Label Development to launch and build several new product categories from the ground up.

In this role, you will define, develop, and bring to market a portfolio of branded products across a range of meal occasions (think: drinks, functional snacks, breakfasts, and much more!) which complement our core meal subscription. This is a 0-to-1 role.

You will act as the “General Manager” for this portfolio, building the strategy, the supplier relationships, the development process, and owning the P&L for the categories you build. Whether you are a commercial operator who loves building systems, or a product developer ready to own the business side, this is a chance to build a new revenue stream for one of Europe’s fastest-growing food-tech brands.
